Description

The Torah specifies that the fringes of the Talit, called Tzitzit (plural Tzitziot), had to have one of its colored threads "Tjelet", which we would translate as light blue or light blue. This color was extracted from a dye that we no longer have in modern times, so this precept has been relegated.

However, there is a custom of placing one of the light blue threads, emulating the Tjelet of yesteryear.

The Ptil Tjelet is placed on the four corners of the Talit, being the one used as the central one for the assembly of the Tzitziot.

Do not worry about the placement and assembly of the knots since the placement will be easy. free of charge if you are in the City of Buenos Aires. Otherwise, we will guide you through a tutorial so you can do it yourself. same.

The formation of the knots will be done according to the requested custom, or following the one your Talit currently has.

If you have any concerns, do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to advise you.
